Falafel Malak Bowl

Crispy falafel, hummus, wild rocca, cherry tomatoes, pickled turnips, fresh mint, cucumber, parsley, and quinoa, drizzled with tahini lemon sauce.

Tabbouleh Quinoa Bowl

A hearty twist on the classic tabbouleh: finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, spring onions, with quinoa, lemon-olive oil dressing, and grilled halloumi.

Taouk & Grains Bowl

Juicy chicken taouk skewers, quinoa, grilled sweet potatoes, Rocca, fresh mint, and avocado, served with toum (Lebanese garlic sauce).

Kofta Garden Bowl

Grilled beef or lamb kofta, roasted aubergine, parsley & tomato salad, baby spinach, quinoa or black rice, topped with tahini or labneh dressing.

Mouhamara & Veggie Bowl

Homemade mouhamara (spicy walnut-pepper dip), grilled zucchini, cauliflower, red peppers, Rocca, quinoa, and fresh lemony herbs.

Grilled Halloumi Mezze Bowl

Grilled halloumi, baba ghanouj, cherry tomatoes, olives, cucumber, mint, lettuce, and bulgur or quinoa, served with lemon olive oil dressing.

Beef Shawarma Power Bowl

Beef shawarma, hummus, parsley salad, grilled cauliflower and peppers, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, and onions, with a pomegranate molasses drizzle.

Shawarma Chicken Bowl

A year ago, I weighed 145kg and battled chronic fatigue and liver disease. After years of failed diets, I took ownership of my health. The turning point? A return to natural, nourishing Lebanese food.
